All orders are subject to acceptance by The Common Issue. The Common Issue reserves the right to refuse any order or cancel any purchase at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods available on The Common Issue’s website.

All prices are listed in the currency specified on The Common Issue’s website and are subject to change at any time without notice. However, the products shall be invoiced to the buyer on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated.

The Common Issue will ship your order to the address you provide at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and delivery times will be specified on The Common Issue’s website. The Company is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier.

All returns will be at your own charge.

The Common Issue accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. The Company reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

The Company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of its products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

These terms of sale will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where The Common Issue is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
