HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?

You wish to make a return? You will have to send back your order at your own charge to The Common Issue’s warehouse at the following address:

Your return must be made within 14 days after delivery and the product must be unworn.

PREPARE THE PACKAGE

Put the item back in its original packaging (plastic or evening paper), then put it in a package.

Good to know: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not have been worn or washed.

RETURN THE ITEM

Drop off your parcel at your local post office and send it back to The Common Issue’s warehouse address at your own charge. The Common Issue is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier.

REFUND AND DELAYS

It may take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed once we receive your package.

Your refund will be issued to the same payment method you used to purchase the returned items. It will take a maximum of 14 days from the time the logistics provider receives your package to the time the return is processed in our warehouse. Even if the tracking link indicates that your return has already been received in our warehouse, we may need this time to process your return.

We will send you a refund confirmation email once we have verified the returned product.The refund will then be visible on your bank statement within 5 business days or on your PayPal account within 48 hours.
